A comprehensive 8 week course giving you the opportunity to build resilience, and

become more able to cope well with

life's challenges, and

take every day stresses and strains in your stride.

Providing relaxation and a sense of calm, helping you to transform your way of being.


Developing key skills that will help you fully experience life in the moment and exploring with kindness and compassion how it can become part of your everyday life.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this course and have already started to feel great benefit in terms of stress reduction and management of low mood.  I cannot recommend this course highly enough and am grateful to Diana & Mark for sharing this experience
