Diana's intention is to help her clients and students to lead a happier, healthier and more fulfilling way of life, by providing them with the tools to find their own ....stillness within.
Diana is caring, compassionate and supportive and works with a wide range of clients, from all walks of life. Some of whom are dealing with physical, mental and emotional issues impacting, their wellbeing and those around them...others who simply wish to live more in the present, whether it is to improve their quality of life, relationships, productivity or find that improved 'match day' focus.
As well as being a qualified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher and Coach she is an experienced complimentary therapist having worked in this field since 2008 as both a Reflexologist and Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, she is well aware of the effects of stress and how it can affect our health and wellbeing, and the way we function. Because of the huge benefits she has experienced from her own meditation practice, she felt is was a very natural progression to train as a teacher and enable her to share the many benefits with others.
Diana enjoys working within a variety of settings, whether public groups, businesses, organisations, charities and one to one, her aim is to make Mindfulness and Meditation training as accessible as possible. She is also a mentor to student Mindfulness and Meditation teachers, offering support through their training and beyond.
Mindfulness and Meditation helped Diana to transform her own life at a time when she was dealing with chronic pain, disability and all that came with it. She has her own regular daily practice and continues to study with Daizan Roshi (Zen Master), for her own personal and professional development. She is fortunate to have been trained to teach from both the traditional (Zen) Insight approach and the more Western approach (research based) with the emphasis on Stress Reduction and Wellbeing.
The phrase 'Mindful for Life' comes from her commitment to 'walking the talk'. As she says "when we become more present in our daily life the most wonderful transformations are possible". Diana's intention is to deliver training with understanding, compassion and without judgement, making it accessible to all, and offering her clients a firm foundation in Mindfulness and Meditation, so that they feel equipped to deal with everyday challenges and to live a more Mindful Life.
She offers both group and one to one training, to ensure her clients’ needs are met.
Those who book onto a course with Diana , also have the opportunity to be part of a research project entitled, "The Influence of Mindfulness and Meditation on Overall Life Satisfaction" running at Oxford University Under the Departments of Materials and Experimental Psychology.

Mark believes that each and every client has all the resources they need to fulfil their dreams and to realise their full potential. Coaching his clients in their model of the world using NLP, hypnosis and mindfulness and meditation to enable them to move forward and make the changes they desire in their lives.
Mark has worked in the corporate environment for over 25 years with varied experience at the sharp end of delivering business growth for multi-national and start-ups and in the public sector focussed on performance and service improvement for patients, clients and citizens.
His focus has always been to work with individuals and teams to maximise their potential to meet their individual and corporate goals. As such Mark brings a wealth of expertise and experience to coaching businesses and individuals to unlock their full potential.
Mark is qualified as a Master Practitioner in NLP and Hypnotherapy and as a Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, where he studied under Zen Master Daizan Roshi enabling him to provide a wide range of coaching and training interventions, also including Creating Your Future™ to enable him to support his clients to make the changes they desire and achieve their best possible outcome.
As a regular meditator, trained in Mindfulness and Zen Insight, Mark was able to significantly lower his own stress and to improve his wellbeing and brings the understanding of these benefits to his coaching practice.
