for  Stress Reduction and Wellbeing

This course is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their wellbeing, and those dealing with stress related issues, anxiety, depression, grief, mood swings, lack of confidence, chronic illness, physical and emotional pain.  It has been developed as a tried and tested 8 week course to  give you the opportunity to learn ways to improve your overall wellbeing, relationships and quality of life.

The course offers a firm foundation in Mindfulness and Meditation, so that attendees feel equipped to deal with everyday challenges and to live a more Mindful Life.

With your commitment to finding 30mins in your day to practice, and the intention to improve your health and Wellbeing, it is possible to make great changes

Includes a handbook/diary  and  2 CDs, containing 6 guided Meditations to assist you in your daily practice.
