Everyday Mindfulness and Meditation

 

Everyday life can be healthier, happier and more fulfilling, even when our daily lives present us with many challenges.

 

In this course we introduce Mindfulness and Meditation in a practical and accessible way.

 Helping you build your innate resilience, and restore a sense of calm  enabling you to deal with whatever life brings.

 

Developing key skills that will help you fully experience life in the moment and

exploring with kindness and compassion how it can become part of your everyday life.


I have thoroughly enjoyed this course and have already started to feel great benefit in terms of stress reduction and management of low mood.  I cannot recommend this course highly enough and am grateful to Diana & Mark for sharing this experience
