Life / Performance..... 1 to 1 Coaching


One to One coaching, to enable you to make the changes you desire to achieve your desired outcome. Using the language of the Mind to consistently achieve your specific and desired outcomes.


Coaching can be provided on ad-hoc or structured series of sessions dependent on your desired outcome. Most people find that a series of between 3 and 6 sessions over a sustained period delivers the best results. Sessions can last from 1 hour to 3 hours dependent on what is being addressed.

Mindfulness and Meditation.....1 to 1 Coaching


One to one coaching,  working at a pace to suit you and your requirements.


Some people prefer this approach to a course, as each session is tailored to the individuals needs. Always working with what is relevant and real for them right now. For example if someone is dealing with say 'communication issues' then that's where we start.


1 to 1 Coaching is also a great follow on for someone who has already done some Mindfulness or Meditation training, an 8 week course or are simply developing their own meditation practice.


Providing support, guidance and motivation within a space of compassion and without judgement.
